The company
Pigrosoft is a small software company in Berlin. We make the tools we wanted for ourselves, and we fuss over the details so that using them takes no effort at all.
Every tool follows the same house rules.
- One tool, one job, done properly.

Help
Something is broken. What do I do?
Use the bug report form and say which tool you were using and what you were doing. It fills in your browser details and takes screenshots, which help a lot. Or email support@pigrosoft.com.
I paid for something and lost my license key.
Search your inbox for the receipt from Dodo Payments, our payment provider, because the key is in that email. If it is gone, write to us from the address you paid with and we will sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
Each tool lists its own terms. For Workshop Timers, see the refund page.
Do you track me?
Not in the way you probably mean. This site sets no cookies and builds no profiles. The visitor total in the footer is counted by Pigrosoft itself on Cloudflare: to avoid counting you twice in a day it keeps a scrambled code made from your IP address and browser, and deletes it the next day. The same counter notes which pages are read and which sites sent visitors, as daily totals that cannot be traced to a person. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which logs IP addresses the way any web host does. The privacy page has the details.
Who started Pigrosoft?
Jeff Humble, a product designer and entrepreneur who has spent more than fifteen years making digital products. He now builds small, carefully designed games and apps. You can read more at jeffreyhumble.com.
Where in the EU are you?
Berlin is home, for an American who has lived here for years. The founder also spends a good part of the year in Sicily, so a fair share of the tools were finished with a granita within reach.
Why a pig?
Pigro is Italian for lazy. We do the careful work so that you get to be the lazy one. The pig is a bonus, and it wakes up if you click it. In PIGRUN.EXE it keeps nodding off, and you have to wake it again.
